The President manages external affairs and oversees the entire organization.

The Vice President manages internal affairs and is in charge of the clearing process for new members.

SECRETARY
The Secretary keeps records and manages resources for TAMECT. This includes keeping track of certifications, maintaining electronic scheduling software, and ensuring that uniforms and equipment are available to members.

The Treasurer manages all organization finances and ensures a supply of non-medical supplies

EVENTS COORDINATOR
The Events Coordinator ensures that all events are properly scheduled and staffed. Please contact if you have any questions on logistics of events.

INTERNAL EDUCATION COORDINATOR
The Internal Education Coordinator is in charge of managing the basic and advanced first aid training for new members to prepare them to work shifts.

The External Education Coordinator is in charge of helping recently cleared members begin working events as well as any continuing education offered to returning members.

The Outreach officer coordinates opportunities and events to promote TAMECT as well as manages on and off campus non-clinical volunteering opportunities for members.

The Research Coordinator oversees members of the Research Committee and manages projects being worked on for on/off campus opportunities for members.

PUBLIC RELATIONS
The Public Relations officer recruits new members and promotes the organization to the University, community, and potential donors.
